This truly will be so special; not just because it is in the most beautiful resort, or that the meals will be next level. Or that you can bathe in the hot springs and have Reflexology and Body Treatments and daily Onsen.  These will make it spectacular, what will make it special is you, simply turning up as you are.

Daily Timetable

6.30 am - 8:30 am: Yoga (Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi)
8:45 am: Breakfast
9:30 am - 4:30: Free
4.30 pm: Yin/Restorative yoga
6:00 pm: pre dinner drinks 
6:30 pm: Dinner

It is important to note that we would love you to be at every session, but we also understand that some days you may just not feel like it. Also, we understand that may need to leave halfway through a session, it’s all good.
